Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a Fixed Asset Accounting Lead to manage and scale the fixed asset lifecycle for its growing data center infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in fixed asset accounting, including a lead or senior manager role. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IFRS, managing reconciliations, and partnering with finance and operations teams. The position offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $250,000 annually based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of fixed asset or property accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior manager capacity.
• Deep technical knowledge of ASC 360 and depreciation methodologies.
• Experience managing fixed asset subledgers at scale, including reconciliation to the general ledger.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the fixed asset function as the company grows.
• Ensure asset records are accurate, audit-ready, and aligned with US GAAP and IFRS.
• Manage the end-to-end fixed asset lifecycle including depreciation and disposals.
