Job summary

Fluidstack seeks a senior tax professional to own the ASC 740 income tax provision end to end for a multi-entity data-center company expanding across states and countries.

You will build and operate the tax provision process within the finance stack (NetSuite, Zip, Pigment), manage external advisors, and model tax implications of new sites and financings while partnering with FP&A to ensure accurate disclosures.

Qualifications

• Own the ASC 740 income tax provision end-to-end for a multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction company.
• Experience building or overhauling a tax provision process and controls.
• Manage external tax advisors and auditors with audit-ready positions.
• Explain complex tax positions clearly to non-tax executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the income tax provision under ASC 740 end to end across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Build and operate the tax provision process with finance systems (NetSuite, Zip, Pigment).
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors.
• Model the tax impact of new sites, entities, financings, and jurisdictions.
• Partner with accounting and FP&A to ensure accurate close disclosures.
