Job summary

TEEMA in Seattle seeks an Industrial Skills Assessor to evaluate aerospace courseware for clients. You will assess hands-on and theoretical work, coordinating with multiple clients and ensuring compliance with aerospace standards.

Role requires flexible shifts across 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts, serving the Everett to Puyallup region, and delivering high levels of customer service in a complex industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with electrical, bonding and grounding, or seal application in aircraft assembly.
• Experience with heavy or light structure drilling, fasteners and rivet installation.
• Understanding of production standards and safe use of power and hand tools.

• Understand and administer complex evaluation systems (hands-on and theoretical).
• Multi-task with numerous clients simultaneously.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work-space in a complex industrial environment.
• Communicate updates, issues and questions to your manager in a timely manner.

The Industrial Skills Assessor works as part of the Instructor Resource Management team to assess aerospace industry courseware evaluations to our clients. Skill Requirements include:

REQUIREMENTS

• Electrical, Bond & Ground and/or Seal application/ Aircraft assembly,
• Heavy and/or light Structure Drilling/ Fastener and/or rivet installation,
• Production standards/ Power and hand tool usage
