Requirements
The Industrial Skills Assessor works as part of the Instructor Resource Management team to assess aerospace industry courseware evaluations to our clients. Skill Requirements include: Electrical, Bond & Ground and/or Seal application/ Aircraft assembly, Heavy and/or light Structure Drilling/ Fastener and/or rivet installation, Production standards/ Power and hand tool usage
Key Responsibilities: Understanding and administering complex evaluation systems (hands-on and theoretical); multi-tasking with numerous clients simultaneously; maintaining a clean and tidy work-space in a complex industrial environment; communicating updates, issues and/or questions to your manager in a timely manner; staying up to date on Aerospace and compliance requirements and maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Position must be flexible to perform duties on 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts in a geographic area ranging from Everett to Puyallup.
