Qualifications

• Must be willing to work as a team with all staff.

Responsibilities

• Receives inquiry/referral calls, completes inquiry/referral form on each call, schedules assessment and completes follow-up on all inquiry and referral calls.
• Assists in scheduling admissions of patients to hospital.
• Records information that identifies referral source and patient.
• Ensures all payor sources are verified. Completes financial packet when appropriate.
• Completes admission process and distributes documents to the appropriate departments.
