Obsidian Solutions Group LLC (OSG) is seeking an Assessment Operations Coordinator to manage annual Higher Headquarters Assessment schedules with Army installations, coordinate assessment teams, travel, lodging, and logistics for the program. You will track milestones, prepare agendas and reports, support in-brief/out-brief coordination, and maintain readiness documentation.
Requires a bachelor's degree, DoD/Federal coordination experience, and an Active Secret clearance, with occasional travel
Primary Location: Program Site – Fredericksburg, VA (occasional travel)
Clearance: Active Secret
Ability to work remotely: Yes, with periodic on-site presence for program reviews and coordination
OSG is seeking an Assessment Operations Coordinator to coordinate annual Higher Headquarters Assessment (HHA) schedules with Army installations, schedule assessment teams, and maintain the master assessment calendar. This role coordinates travel, lodging, and logistical support; manages installation communications and document requests; tracks assessment milestones and deliverables; and supports in‑brief and out‑brief coordination and operational readiness documentation.
