Job summary

Liberty County Schools Central Office in Hinesville, GA seeks a System Testing Coordinator to oversee state and local testing programs (GMAS, AP, SLOs, benchmarks). The role involves analyzing testing data and translating findings into instructional improvements.

You will lead training for staff on data usage, coordinate testing logistics, and ensure compliance, reporting to the Executive Director of Technology and Media.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of exceptional teaching experience.
• Valid Georgia Professional Teaching Certificate (T-4).
• Strong data analysis knowledge.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility for alternatives as deemed appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of state and local testing programs including GMAS, AP, SLOs, and benchmark assessments.
• Use student performance data to inform instructional decisions and school improvement planning.
• Develop and deliver professional learning for K-12 based on assessments.
• Share strategies with teachers to improve achievement using assessment data.
• Maintain testing program records and supplies; ensure proper administration guidelines.
• Organize and maintain local and statewide testing records and files.
• Collaborate with vendors and State Department personnel to align testing expectations.
• Assist in data collection and interpretation of scores from the assessment program.
• Prepare statistical summaries and charts for stakeholders.
• Provide training to school test coordinators and technical support for online assessments.
• Perform additional duties assigned by Supervisor and/or Superintendent.
