Job summary

Five Keys Schools and Programs is seeking an Assessment Manager to lead the data analysis of school-wide assessments (CASAS, CAASPP, GED, HiSET). You will coordinate with the assessment team, teachers and students to collect, analyze and present data to management on a monthly basis.

The role involves maintaining testing schedules, managing data in the SIS (OASIS), ensuring compliance, and training staff on assessment tools to drive data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• Masters in education or data analysis or teaching credential or equivalent experience.
• Experience with school data systems and assessment administration.
• Ability to develop data-driven insights and reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain school-wide testing schedule and ensure timelines.
• Import/export data in SIS; manage student assessment databases.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal laws for assessments.
• Train staff on assessments and data usage.
• Collaborate with teachers, students, and administrators to interpret data.
