Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of exceptional teaching experience.
• Valid Professional Georgia Teaching Certificate (T-4).
• Strong knowledge and expertise in data analysis.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate.
• Alternative qualifications may be acceptable as determined by the Superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee state and local testing programs including GMAS, AP, SLOs and benchmarks.
• Analyze and disseminate testing data to drive instructional decisions.
• Provide training and support in using assessment data.
• Develop and implement professional learning for K-12 based on assessments.
• Share strategies with teachers to improve achievement using data.
• Maintain testing procedures and inventory of materials.
• Organize and maintain testing program records and files.
• Prepare statistical summaries and charts for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors and DOE to communicate expectations.
• Assist in handling testing irregularities and guidance.
