Job summary

Central State University seeks an Assessment Data Coordinator to join the CAEP Leadership Team for the Educator Preparation Program. The role focuses on data collection, document submission, licensure verification, and coordination of MOUs with school districts for field and clinical experiences.

The successful candidate will maintain Watermark and D2L deployment data, manage Ohio educator performance records, and generate accurate reports.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree preferred and/or work experience equivalent.
• Experience using D2L learning management system.
• Experience using data analysis software such as Watermark.
• Experience in Argos and Banner; proficient in Excel and other technology.
• Experience with Ohio teaching licensure requirements.
• 3–5 years of experience in a role with data responsibility and reporting.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and outstanding organization skills.
• Proficient computer skills and professional demeanor with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit required documents by state, Federal Government, and CAEP.
• Collect and maintain EEPS data as directed by EPP leadership.
• Verify candidate completion of EPP licensure.
• Facilitate MOUs/Affiliation Agreements between the university and school districts for field and clinical experiences.
• Maintain Key-Assessment deployment and collection in Watermark and D2L.
• Access and record Ohio Assessments for Educators performance data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Assessment Data Coordinator serves as a member of the CAEPLeadership Team for the Educator Preparation Program ( EPP ) forProfessional Education and Music.

The Assessment Data Coordinator is responsible for following duties:

• Preparing and submitting required documents by the state,Federal Government and CAEP,
• Collecting and maintaining EEPS data as directed by EPPleadership,
• Verifying candidate completion of EPP licensure,
• Facilitating the approval of Memoranda of FunctionUnderstandings (MOU’s)/Affiliation Agreements between theuniversity and school districts for field and clinicalexperiences,
• Maintaining Key-Assessment deployment and collection inWatermark and D2L,
• Accessing and record Ohio Assessments tor Educators performancedata, and
• other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree preferred and/or work experienceequivalent
