Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. is seeking a part-time Assessment Coordinator to oversee and monitor exams for nursing students at the Fairborn campus.

The role requires presence in the exam room to supervise, verify identities, and enforce testing rules, with additional administrative support tasks as needed. The position offers a part-time schedule with up to 20 morning hours per week; some locations may have afternoon slots.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Equivalent of 1 year of customer service or administrative experience.
• Ability to read and understand policies and procedures.
• Organizational and communication skills; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up exam room, distribute materials, verify student identity and collect completed exams.
• Observe students during exams and maintain a quiet environment at all times.
• Enforce exam rules and policies; address questions or issues.
• Carry out administrative tasks for the Associate Director of Nursing, such as prepping badges and materials, preparing laptops, and ordering supplies.
• Handle inquiries from students by phone or email; ensure exam security and prevent cheating.

Coordinators also address any issues that may arise during the exam, such as technical difficulties or student misconduct.
