Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. seeks a part-time Assessment Coordinator to oversee and secure testing environments for nursing students on campus. You will verify identities, distribute and collect exams, and maintain compliance with testing rules.

Responsibilities include setting up rooms, observing exams, and addressing inquiries while handling related administrative duties such as badge prep and equipment readiness. This is a campus-based, in-person role with weekday schedules.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand policies and procedures.
• Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and software.
• Attention to detail and a calm, professional demeanor.
• Compliant with ethical standards in a testing environment.
• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set up exam room, distribute materials, verify student identity and collect exams.
• Observe students during exams and maintain a quiet environment.
• Enforce exam rules and policies; address questions or issues that arise.
• Handle administrative tasks such as prepping badges, laptops, and materials.
• Assist Associate Director of Nursing with scheduling and logistics as needed.
• Maintain exam security and respond to incidents of misconduct.

Coordinators also address any issues that may arise during the exam, such as technical difficulties or student misconduct.
