Ross Education Holdings, Inc. is seeking a part-time Assessment Coordinator to oversee exams for nursing students on our Cincinnati campus. The role requires person-to-person interaction, strict exam security, and calm handling of issues during testing.

The position offers up to 20 morning hours per week with some locations adding an afternoon shift. It is an on-site, campus-based role with administrative support tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Equivalent of 1 year of work experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Ability to read and understand policies and procedures.
• Organizational, communication, and basic computer skills to troubleshoot common system problems.
• Attention to detail and enjoy working with people face to face.
• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Position is on campus and in person.

Responsibilities

• Set up exam room, distribute material, verify student identity and collect completed exams.
• Observe students during exams, must be present in room at all times during exams to observe and maintain a quiet environment.
• Enforce exam rules and policies.
• Address questions/concerns students may have regarding the exam procedures and handle any issues that arise.
• Coordinators maintain exam security by preventing unauthorized access to materials and preventing cheating.
• Perform additional administrative tasks such as prepping student badges and materials, getting laptops ready for orientation, ordering supplies, and handling phone calls or emails to students.
