Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. Canton campus is seeking a part-time Assessment Coordinator to oversee and monitor exams, ensuring a fair and secure testing environment for nursing students.

You will verify identities, distribute and collect materials, and maintain a calm atmosphere during exams. Responsibilities include enforcing exam rules, addressing questions, coordinating with the Associate Director of Nursing on prep tasks, and performing related administrative duties to support academics.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Equivalent of 1-year work experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Ability to read and understand policies and procedures.
• Organizational, communication and basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with people face to face.

Responsibilities

• Set up exam room, distribute material, verify student identity and collect completed exams.
• Observe students during exams and maintain a quiet, secure testing environment.
• Enforce exam rules and policies, address questions/concerns during procedures.
• Coordinate with the Associate Director of Nursing on prep tasks and materials.
• Handle administrative duties such as prep of badges, laptops, supplies, calls or emails to students.
