Job summary

SalusCare, Inc is seeking a compassionate Centralized Receiving Facility Clinician to assess and manage mental health and detoxification needs across multi-campus care. You will perform crisis interventions, complete assessments, and document thoroughly in the electronic health records system.

The role emphasizes compassionate, collaborative care for adults and children in crisis settings, with required pre-employment screening and orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, counseling or related field and 1 year of direct care experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Master’s degree in a human services field; experience providing direct care in a behavioral health setting is preferred.
• Must be able to attain competency with electronic health record and use it effectively within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for individuals entering the Centralized Receiving Facility.
• Complete mental health assessments of individuals presenting to the CRF.
• Manage the CRF intake process by securing service consent, documentation, and preparing financial forms
• Maintains high standards of accuracy and completeness across all required clinical and administrative records.
