Job summary

SalusCare, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Clinician to join our outpatient teams in Southwest Florida.

You will conduct screenings and assessments and provide evidence-based outpatient therapy to diverse clients with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders in a multi-campus setting. We require a Master’s degree in a mental-health field and an active Florida license (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT), with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental-health curriculum.
• Active Florida license required (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT).
• Minimum 1 year of experience with mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities

• Completes screenings and assessments.
• Provide evidence-based outpatient therapy (individual, group, and family).
• Assess and treat mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.
• Develop treatment plans with patient goals and involve family as appropriate.
• Completes case reviews, evaluations, and chart audits.
• Collaborates with staff to ensure patient needs are met.

Licensed Clinician

Looking for a Licensed Clinician with assessment experience in multi-campus care for patients with mental health and addiction diagnoses. Skilled in documentation, communication and compassionate care. Committed to providing a therapeutic environment, meticulous documentation, and collaborative care in Outpatient programs.

Job Responsibilities

What You Will Do

• Completes screenings and assessments
• Provide evidence-based outpatient therapy (individual, group, and family) to culturally diverse clients of all ages.
• Assess and treat mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders according to best-practice documentation standards.
• Develop treatment plans with patient goals and needs, involve family/collaterals as appropriate, conduct treatment plan reviews with patients as needed.
• Completes case reviews, evaluations, and review and audit of charts.
• Collaborates with staff to ensure patient needs are met.
