Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an Assembly Worker in Oshkosh, WI to build equipment attachments and production machinery. You will operate power tools daily and follow blueprints to complete assemblies. The role emphasizes craftsmanship, safety, and steady, predictable hours on a Monday–Friday first shift.

The position is onsite in Oshkosh with a permanent employment outlook. Candidates with 1+ year of mechanical assembly experience and tool proficiency will fit best. Overtime potential may apply as needed.

• Previous experience using power OR air tools
• Experience working from blueprints and engineered drawings preferred

Responsibilities

• Assemble equipment attachments, material handling systems, and production machinery according to specifications.
• Use a variety of power tools daily to complete projects.
• Read and work from blueprints and engineered drawings as needed.
• Install motors, pumps, bearings, and bushings as required.

Job Title: Assembly Worker

Job Description:

In this position, candidates will be working to assemble equipment attachments, material handling systems, and other production machinery for various customers. You will use a variety of power tools on a daily basis to build these projects according to specifications. Job duties may include working from blueprints, assembling metal frameworks for equipment, installing motors and pumps, installing bearings and bushings, and using various power tools to complete projects.

Hours:

1st shift schedule ; Monday - Friday

Requirements:

• 1+ year of mechanical experience in assembly, working on vehicles, or relevant mechanical experience
• Previous experience using power OR air tools
• Experience working from blueprints and engineered drawings preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
