Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Assembler for a leading manufacturing organization in Sparks Glencoe, MD. You will support the production department by assembling electronic and mechanical components, reading drawings, and ensuring quality through inspections. A strong eye for detail and GMP-compliant practices are essential.

The role offers a Monday–Friday shift from 7:00am to 3:30pm, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within a regulated production setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of manufacturing experience or an AA technical degree with 1 year of experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical tools including torque drivers, gauges, bits, etc.
• Proficiency in reading drawings, interpreting measurements, and understanding specifications.
• Experience working in regulated environments and following GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of assembly tasks on electronic and mechanical assemblies, including wiring, component installation, and fitting on units.
• Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly and quality standards.
• Conduct quality inspections and troubleshoot complex issues during assembly processes.
• Disassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble assemblies as needed, testing prototypes and experimental units.

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in electronic and mechanical assemblies, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality instruments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Sparks Glencoe, MD

Pay Range: $25.50

Shift: 7:00am- 3:30pm Monday-Friday

What's the Job?
