Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Assembler for a leading automotive and industrial component supplier in Trenton, OH. You will join the manufacturing support team to improve quality and process efficiency with a proactive attitude and strong teamwork.

As an Assembler, you will work on multiple shifts, perform inspections, operate various production equipment, and help maintain safety and documentation throughout the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred.
• 1–3 years machine operating or troubleshooting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and gauage inspections to ensure quality parts are produced and assembled to standards.
• Operate and support production equipment (extrusion presses, punch presses, CNCs, saws, deburring tools).
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to safety policies during production activities.
• Pack finished parts into containers with proper handling and documentation.
• Contribute ideas for safety, quality, and productivity improvements.

Our client, a leading automotive and industrial component supplier, is seeking a Assembler to join their team. As anAssembler, you will be part of the manufacturing support team supporting quality production and process efficiency. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Trenton, OH

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:40 am - 3:00 pm Monday - Friday
• 2nd Shift: 2:40 pm - 11:00 pm Monday - Friday
• 3rd Shift: 10:30 pm - 7:00 am Sunday - Thursday

What's the Job?

• Perform visual and gage inspections to ensure quality parts are produced and assembled according to standards.
• Operate and support various production equipment such as extrusion presses, punch presses, CNC machines, saws, and deburring tools.
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to all safety policies during production activities.
• Pack finished parts into containers as specified, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing ideas on safety, quality, and productivity enhancements.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• 1-3 years of machine operating and troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, robotics, and electrical systems is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team environment.
