McLanahan Corporation is seeking an Assembly Welder to join our manufacturing team in Hollidaysburg, PA. The role covers sub-assembly and final assembly of major machines, performing MIG welds and reading engineering drawings. The position requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
You will read blueprints, use measuring tools, and prepare weldments for shipment while supporting quality and production targets in a Lean, 5S environment.

As an Assembly Welder, you'll play an important role in the sub-assembly and final assembly of major machines and parts order components. This hands-on position combines welding, assembly, material handling, and quality inspection responsibilities while helping maintain a safe, clean, and organized manufacturing environment through Lean and 5S principles.
We're looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and committed to quality, safety, and teamwork.

This position is based in a manufacturing environment and requires sitting and standing for extended periods. The role requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, lift, carry, move, and maneuver materials as needed.
