Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in a Manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of blueprint reading experience.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Stable work experience; positive behavior.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions from Floor Supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe, clean shop environment following safety policies and 5S principles.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Use hand and power tools to meet tolerances and specifications.
• MIG weld components according to drawings and specifications.
• Operate material moving equipment and overhead crane safely.
• Cross-train in assembly and final assembly.
• Prepare weldments and assemblies for shipment.
