Job summary

Oatey is seeking a Manufacturing Assembler in Minnesota to perform assembly duties for a variety of products, following SOPs and daily schedules. The role emphasizes accuracy, blueprint reading, and safe equipment operation in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, basic math skills, and 1–2 years in manufacturing; training and growth opportunities are offered within our Total Rewards program. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Basic math, reading and writing skills.
• Ability to operate machinery.
• Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or Assemble components according to SOPs by reading, understanding and following procedures.
• Follow daily schedule for assembly.
• Prepare and assemble components and materials as needed for daily schedule build.
• Order raw materials where appropriate.
• Set up equipment and tools for daily build.
• Stage product and label where appropriate.
• Document completed and incomplete product.
• Other duties as assigned.
