Lippert Components in Oklahoma is seeking an hourly assembler for a full-time role with a pay rate of $17.51 per hour plus an incentive program. The position includes a 40-hour work week and a schedule of 5 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, with Fridays possibly required.

The role involves reading assembly instructions and blueprints, assembling components, using templates, and ensuring quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Up to 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to identify quality and productivity standards.
• Able to use hand tools.
• Detail-oriented with focus on production quality.
• Willing to work overtime to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Study assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists to prepare work.
• Position parts using templates or measurements.
• Assemble components and verify correct fit and connections.
• Resolve assembly issues by adjusting dimensions per specifications.
• Maintain equipment by performing preventive maintenance.
