Job summary

Manpower's client in the biomedical and optical technology sector is seeking an Assembly Technician III in Massachusetts to join the Operations team. The role focuses on precision assembly, quality control, and adherence to GMPs and SOPs.

You will assemble and package products, complete production paperwork, and communicate issues to the team. The position offers a 3:00 pm–1:30 am shift, with opportunities for skill development and career advancement in a cutting-edge environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5–7+ years of experience in manufacturing or assembly.
• Able to perform basic math and read technical drawings.
• Experience with measurement devices and quality control documentation.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail; follow GMPs & SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package products with precision.

As an Assembly Technician III, you will be an integral part of the Operations department supporting manufacturing excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly Technician III

Pay Range:$26.50 - $33.00 (Depending on Experience)

Shift: 3:00 pm - 1:30 am, Monday through Thursday
