Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts and overtime, including weekends.
  • Medium physical work: lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and using hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, install, rework, verify, test, and inspect mechanical, electrical, and sub-assembly components.
  • Follow work instructions, blueprints, and test procedures to meet quality specs.
  • Complete production documentation and maintain manufacturing records.
  • Monitor schedules to achieve build rates and cycle-time targets.
  • Use manufacturing software and electronic systems to support production steps.
  • Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
  • Prepare products for domestic and international shipment per requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, perform setup and quality checks.

Job description

As an Assembler III, you will perform assembly, testing, inspection, and documentation activities that support production goals, product quality, and operational efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple production lines, utilize a variety of manufacturing systems and equipment, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do
  • Assemble, install, rework, verify, test, and inspect mechanical, electrical, and sub-assembly components according to documented procedures.

  • Follow work instructions, blueprints, and test procedures to ensure products meet quality and specification requirements.

  • Complete required production documentation and maintain accurate manufacturing records in electronic systems.

  • Monitor production schedules and achieve established build rates and cycle-time requirements.

  • Utilize manufacturing software, electronic documentation systems, and other digital tools to support production activities.

  • Participate in quality improvement, safety observation, and continuous improvement activities to support operational performance.

  • Prepare products, cartons, and containers for domestic and international shipment according to established requirements.

  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform setup, work preparation, cleanup, and quality checks for assigned operations.
