Lippert Components, Inc. is seeking an Assembly Laborer in Waxahachie, TX to assemble components per product specs. The role reports to a supervisor and supports a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This full-time position requires up to 2 years of manufacturing experience, ability to read Instructions, use hand tools, and work overtime when needed. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; safety and quality standards are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Up to 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Ability to use hand tools
• Attention to detail to ensure quality
• Ability to read and follow procedures
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Clear communication in English; bilingual in English/Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists.
• Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or measurements.
• Assemble components and check connections for proper fit.
• Resolve issues by adjusting dimensions and notifying supervisor.
• Maintain equipment with preventive maintenance.
• Track inventory and notify needs for supplies.
• Communicate with supervisor about potential issues.
• Keep a safe, clean, and compliant work area.
• Work overtime as needed to meet goals.
