Job summary

Lippert Components, Inc. is seeking an Assembly Laborer to build components per blueprints and product specs. This full-time role requires standing for long periods, reading instructions, and using hand tools.

Work hours are 40 per week, with overtime as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to assist a diverse team. Safety and quality are emphasized in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools.
• Ability to read and follow documented procedures and standards.
• Willing and available to work overtime to meet goals.
• Clear communication (oral and written) skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish valued.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists.
• Position parts and subassemblies using templates or measurements.
• Assemble components and ensure correct fit and connections.
• Resolve assembly problems by adjusting dimensions per specifications.
• Maintain equipment by performing preventive maintenance.
• Keep inventory of supplies and request reorders as needed.
• Communicate with supervisor about potential issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
• Support team to achieve timely, quality results.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
