Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to use hand tools, and communicate clearly in English and Spanish. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and reliability in daily operations with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to identify that product meets quality and productivity standards.
• Ability to use hand tools.
• Clear communication (oral and written) skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists.
• Position parts using templates or measurements.
• Assemble components and verify fit and connections.
• Resolve assembly issues by adjusting dimensions as needed and communicating with supervisor.
• Maintain equipment and manage inventory of supplies.
• Adhere to safety procedures and keep a clean work area.
• Communicate with supervisor about potential issues.
• Work overtime as needed to meet goals.
