Job summary

Lippert is seeking an Assembly Laborer in Waxahachie, TX to join its manufacturing team. You will assemble components per product specifications, read blueprints, and ensure parts fit correctly while maintaining quality standards.

This full-time role requires up to 2 years in manufacturing, the ability to use hand tools, and a bilingual English/Spanish communication style. Candidates should be flexible with overtime and committed to safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Up to 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to identify quality and productivity standards.
• Ability to use hand tools.
• Detail-oriented with focus on production quality.
• Ability to read and follow documented procedures.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing and available to work overtime.
• Clear communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Study assembly instructions, blueprints and parts lists to prepare work.
• Assemble components ensuring correct fit and secure fastening.
• Identify and resolve assembly issues by adjusting dimensions as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment, perform preventive maintenance.
• Keep inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Communicate potential issues daily with supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work area.
• Work 40 hours per week, with possible overtime.
