Job summary

Job Store Staffing in Colorado Springs is seeking an Assembly Technician – Electromechanical to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble, wire, solder, and test electromechanical components following detailed work instructions and quality standards.

Top candidates have 4+ years of electromechanical assembly and hands-on soldering experience. Expect a 10‑hour shift, four days per week (Mon–Thu) at 5:30 AM–4:00 PM in a stable manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of electromechanical assembly experience.
• Hands-on soldering experience required.
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, drawings, and schematics.
• Experience using hand tools and precision assembly equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce quality work.
• Ability to work a 10-hour shift while standing and performing repetitive assembly tasks.
• Must be able to work Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM.

Responsibilities
