ManpowerGroup is seeking an Electrical-Mechanical Assembler for the Fort Collins, CO area. This 2nd shift, full-time role focuses on hands-on assembly of electrical and mechanical components onsite.

The ideal candidate will read schematics, follow detailed work instructions, use hand and power tools, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to meet production goals. A strong attention to detail and safety is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electrical and mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products.
  • Read wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and BOMs.
  • Perform wiring, cable routing, crimping, and soldering tasks.
  • Conduct functional testing and basic troubleshooting.
  • Complete production and quality documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Electrical-Mechanical Assembler - 2nd Shift
Fort Collins, CO
$21.00/Hour + 5% Bonus Opportunity
Full-Time | Onsite

Manpower is currently seeking an Electrical-Mechanical Assembler - 2nd Shift for a manufacturing company in Fort Collins, CO. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on assembly work and has experience working with both electrical and mechanical components. You'll play an important role in building quality products while expanding your technical skills in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

What will you be doing?
  • Assemble electrical and mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and bills of materials (BOMs)
  • Perform wiring, cable routing, crimping, and soldering tasks
  • Conduct functional testing and basic troubleshooting
  • Complete production and quality documentation
  • Identify and communicate quality or process concerns
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to support production goals
What do you bring?
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical certification or vocational training
  • Electronics, mechatronics, or related technical background
  • Experience in ISO or lean manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with multimeters and testing equipment
  • IPC soldering certification or equivalent soldering experience
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Frequent use of hands and tools throughout the day
  • Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds as needed
  • Strong visual attention to detail for assembly and inspection work
