Job summary

Premier Packaging is seeking a production assembler in Indianapolis to join a fast-growing team. You will operate stitch gun, glue gun, hand bander, heat gun and bundler, following assembly procedures and meeting safety standards.

This role requires reading simple instructions, basic math, manual dexterity, and the ability to stand for long periods. We offer medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Lift up to 25 lbs alone and up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and specifications.
• Stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate stitch gun, glue gun, hand bander, heat gun and bundler.
• Follow assembly procedures to ensure correct product assembly.
• Perform housekeeping of workstation and surrounding area.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled products.
• Collaborate with forklift operators and other material handlers.
• Meet production targets and deadlines; optimize workflow.
