Job summary

CIRCOR International, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented assembler in Corona, CA to perform highly complex mechanical assembly, alignment, and fitting of components to close tolerances.

The role requires reading blueprints, basic math, and the ability to follow detailed instructions. Soldering knowledge and familiarity with clean room techniques are a plus. FAA training may be provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Have good manual dexterity and the ability to work with detailed blueprints, procedures, assembly sketches or other written/verbal instructions of simple complexity.
• Basic math skills to be able to calculate simple percentages regarding adjustment of set pressures.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables where only limited standardization exists.
• Perform moderate trouble shooting with minimal supervision.
• Ability to embrace change and participate in continuous improvement activity.
• If position is designated for FAA Repair Station, safety sensitive functions experience a plus. If not, FAA training is provided per the Repair Station Manual and Procedures.

• Performs all other duties as assigned

  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

PAY RANGE: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour (+ Shift Differential $0.75 per hour, if applicable). Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
