You will perform detailed assembly, select materials from kit carts, operate machinery and hand tools, and conduct quality inspections.

The role features 12‑hour shifts (6am–6pm or 6pm–6am) with weekly pay, overtime eligibility, and benefits, offering career growth in a mission-driven energy company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and assembly procedures.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed and complex assembly of products according to specifications and instructions, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Select and incorporate materials from kit carts to ensure efficient workflow.
• Operate various machinery and hand tools safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment; perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Evaluate production processes and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Conduct thorough quality inspections to verify that every product meets company standards.
• Follow all health and safety protocols, maintaining a safe working environment.
• Support team objectives by performing additional tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
