Job summary

TeraFlex Inc in West Jordan, UT is seeking an Assembly Technician to set up and assemble Falcon Shocks on a production line. The role emphasizes following detailed instructions, strict inspection procedures and teamwork.

On-the-job training is provided, with a 4/10 schedule offering Fridays off and strong benefits. You will read drawings and manuals, maintain a clean work area, meet production targets, and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, part prints, process documentation, and work center guidelines.
• Follow drawings, manuals, specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a cohesive manner with co-workers and management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by manager.
• Meet production requirements as specified by management.
• Overtime, weekends and holidays may be required.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Clock in/out of work orders.
• Other responsibilities as needed to meet company objectives.

Job Location: Falcon Building - West Jordan, UT 84081

Position Type: Full Time

This position is responsible for the set up and assembly of our Falcon Shocks. This will require following detailed instructions and inspection processes. This is an assembly line position and requires individuals to work well with others (Team Atmosphere). On-Job training is provided.
