What You’ll Do

• Assemble bikes, grills, furniture, and other retail products accurately and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot issues and produce high‑quality finished builds.
• Use hand tools and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Work independently inside major retail stores.
• Hit daily productivity goals and earn commission accordingly.
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with store teams and staff.

What You Bring

• Mechanical aptitude and experience with tools or tinkering.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day.
• Desire to earn more through performance.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between nearby store locations if required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check.
• Coverage of auto insurance meeting minimum coverage requirements as defined by T‑ROC.
• Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug screening in accordance with company policy and applicable law.

Commission & Unlimited Earning Potential

Earn commission on every item you assemble—the more you build, the more you earn. Top performers can earn well above traditional hourly roles in retail assembly—up to $20-$40/hr and more. No cap on commission. Your pay grows with build efficiency and productivity.
