Job summary

T-ROC is hiring assembly technicians to assemble bikes, grills, furniture and other retail products in major store environments. You’ll use hand tools, troubleshoot issues and hit daily production goals to earn commission-based pay.

We train you from day one, offer growth paths for high performers, and provide a chance to earn well above traditional hourly roles with uncapped commissions and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Hands-on assembly with tools, problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow instructions and stay safe in a workshop
• Willingness to travel to nearby store locations if required
• Pre-employment drug screening is required by policy and law

Responsibilities

• Assemble bikes, grills, furniture, and other retail products accurately and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot issues and produce high-quality finished builds.
• Use hand tools and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Work independently inside major retail stores.
• Hit daily productivity goals and earn commission accordingly.
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with store teams and staff.
