T‑ROC in Kentucky is hiring Assembly Technicians for a high‑earning commission opportunity. Turn parts into paychecks by assembling bikes, grills, furniture, and other retail products inside major stores, with pay tied to performance.

You’ll train if you’re new to assembly and have room to grow through career tracks. Expect hands-on work, use of hand tools, safety‑conscious routines, and daily goals that unlock uncapped commissions and higher earnings.

• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre‑employment drug screening in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
