T-ROC is hiring an Assembly Technician to turn parts into high-quality complete products in major retail stores across the region. This role emphasizes hands-on building with a clear path to commission-based earnings.

You’ll train if needed, gain product knowledge, and advance through performance-based tracks. There is no cap on earnings as you increase productivity.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude; experience with tools or tinkering is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day.
• Desire to earn more through performance.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between nearby store locations.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening per policy.

• Troubleshoot issues and produce high‑quality finished builds.

• Must possess a valid driver's license, meet the requirements to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and carry/maintain auto insurance that meets the minimum coverage requirements as defined by T-ROC.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
