Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Temp Assembly Technician to join a medical device company in South Orange County, CA. The role supports production operations in a clean, regulated environment with 1-2+ years experience preferred.

You will assemble devices, work with microscopes, read procedures, and help maintain GMP/ISO standards. This open-ended position offers a Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM shift and potential for long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Experience with medical device, electronics, aerospace, or highly regulated manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Comfortable working with small components and performing detail-oriented tasks.
• Experience using microscopes or precision assembly equipment preferred.
• Team-oriented attitude with strong reliability and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical device products and components according to documented procedures.
• Prepare raw materials and complete finished product assembly.
• Work with microscopes, fixtures, hand tools, and assembly aids.
• Follow manufacturing processes, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain compliance with GMP and ISO-regulated manufacturing requirements.
• Support clean room and production activities as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals.
• Perform additional duties assigned by production leadership.

They are seeking 1-2 Assembly Technicians to support production operations in a clean, regulated manufacturing environment. What You'll Do
