Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a medical device manufacturer in Aliso Viejo, CA to hire an Electrical Assembler on a temporary-to-hire basis. This role requires precise hand-assembly of electronic and mechanical components according to written instructions and GMP requirements.

Candidates should have 2+ years in medical device or electronic assembly, the ability to lift up to 20 lbs, and a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to written instructions, schematics, and drawings

• Document completed work and maintain accurate production records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD‑safe work environment
• Identify and report assembly issues, defects, or process concerns
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a Medical Device Manufacturer based in Aliso Viejo seeking an Electrical Assembler to join their team. This position must follow all applicable work instructions, quality procedures, and GMP requirements.

Status: Temporary - to - Hire

Location: Aliso Viejo, CA

Pay: $20 - 21 /hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6AM - 2:30PM

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to written instructions, schematics, and drawings
• Perform precise hand assembly using small tools and equipment
• Follow established production procedures and quality standards
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure accuracy and workmanship
• Document completed work and maintain accurate production records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD‑safe work environment
