Doherty Staffing Solutions is seeking Assembly Technicians for a leading manufacturing company in Hudson, WI. In this role, you’ll help build high-quality products by reading blueprints, assembling components, and ensuring finished sections meet quality standards. If you enjoy hands-on work in a manufacturing environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this could be a great fit.

Compensation: $23.00–$27.00 per hour – paid weekly. Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday | 5am-330pm.

Qualificações

• Previous heavy assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic math skills, including working with fractions.
• Ability to accurately use and interpret a tape measure.
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work productively with others.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds semi-frequently with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsabilidades

• Read blueprints and assembly instructions to complete product assemblies
• Measure and position components within subassemblies using precise measurements
• Use hand tools to drill holes and perform product modifications
• Assemble walk-in sections, including components such as wood pieces, locks, cut-outs, ramps, and related parts
• Clean excess foam and foreign materials from completed sections, rails, and pallets
• Apply required information labels, including serial numbers and compliance stickers
• Inspect components for defects and report issues to a supervisor

In this role, you’ll help build high-quality products by reading blueprints, assembling components, and ensuring finished sections meet quality standards. What You’ll Do as a Assembly Technician:
