Staffmark Group in Carlsbad, CA is hiring an Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble mechanical components, inspect finished work, and help keep operations running safely, accurately, and efficiently.

The role offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM with hourly pay between $18 and $22. Education: high school diploma or GED preferred; 1-2 years in assembly; ability to read blueprints; use hand and power tools; basic computer skills; English

Job Duties

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
• Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Assembly Technician.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
• Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
