Staffmark Group in Carlsbad, CA is hiring a Mechanical Assembler to join a fast-paced production line. You will assemble small components from plastic, metal, and rubber, follow drawings, and inspect quality to ensure parts meet specifications.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble small components made of plastic, metal, and rubber.
• Follow manufacturing drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Operate mechanical arbor presses to assemble products.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Work at various assembly stations throughout the production process.
• Position and align parts accurately using fixtures and tooling.
• Maintain productivity while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Support continuous workflow and team production goals.
