Job summary

Dana Canada Corp. is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Associate to join our production team in Kentucky. The role focuses on quality parts handling, basic operations, and safe work practices on expected shifts.

You will perform manual tasks, use hand tools, read instructions, and collaborate with a team to meet daily production goals. Training is provided, and overtime may be required. This position supports our global driveline and thermal-management technologies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Must pass pre-hire training program.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Available to work any of the 3 shifts.
