Job summary

Dana Canada Corp. is seeking a production associate to support our dynamic manufacturing operations in Kentucky. You will perform hands-on assembly and inspection tasks, work with lubricants, and ensure parts meet quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

If you have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and teamwork, and are willing to work any of three shifts with overtime, we want you on the team.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and ability to pass pre-hire training.
• Willingness to work any of the 3 shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Visually recognize parts and use hand tools to perform simple operations.
• Stand for the duration of the shift and lift 5–75 lbs frequently.
• Operate multi-function machinery and work with or without supervision.
• Read and interpret instruction sheets and follow safety guidelines.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

• Ability to visually recognize the difference in parts
• Ability to use hands to perform simple operations
• Ability to use hand tools
• Ability to stand for the duration of your shift
• Ability to lift 5 - 75 lbs. on a frequent basis
• Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, pull, grasp, and pinch on a continual basis
• Ability to work with oils and lubricants
• Ability to read and interpret instruction sheets
• Ability to operate multi function machinery
• Ability to work with or without supervision

Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalency (GED)
