Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN in Blawnox, PA is seeking an Assembly Tech II to perform evaluation, functional testing, troubleshooting, and servicing of medical devices. You will diagnose complex issues, analyze test data, and work closely with Engineering in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

The role operates Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, with a pay rate of $24.00–$27.00 per hour plus a 15% shift differential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2-year technical degree required.
• 3–5 years of equivalent technical work experience with troubleshooting skills comparable to a 2-year technical degree.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and test medical devices, components, and subassemblies.
• Perform complex and non-routine testing procedures.
• Troubleshoot and debug electrical circuits and assemblies.
• Record and analyze test data and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with Engineering to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Operate test equipment including oscilloscopes, function generators, power supplies, test fixtures.
• Maintain productivity and meet established turnaround times.
• Work independently with limited supervision.

Job description

We are seeking a Assembly Tech II to perform evaluation, functional testing, troubleshooting, and servicing of new and used medical devices while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This position requires a strong technical aptitude, the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues, and a commitment to working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Pay: $24.00 – $27.00 per hour plus a 15% shift differential

Qualifications:

Required

• Associate's degree or 2-year technical degree OR
• 3–5 years of equivalent technical work experience with troubleshooting skills comparable to a 2-year technical degree.

Preferred

• Trained and signed off on at least two advanced product lines, including:
  • Advanced Monitors
  • Advanced Belts
  • Advanced Chargers
