Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow blueprints and instructions precisely.
• Excellent manual dexterity for hands-on assembly tasks.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily work assignments from Team Leader and execute production per SOPs and blueprints.
• Report deviations to status boards immediately and update leadership.
• Participate in daily 5S routines and drive Kaizen improvements.
• Look for waste reduction opportunities and cross-training within processes.
