Job summary

Brunswick Corporation's Mercury Marine division seeks an Assembly Technician to support high-quality engine production. You will use air and pneumatic tools to assemble components for marine engines, service parts, and assemblies, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Use a variety of air and pneumatic tools to assemble components for marine engines, service parts, and assemblies
• Set‑up, adjust, and/or changeover equipment with appropriate tools common to the particular job
• Maintain a clean and safe working area in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Rules, and Plant Safety Rules
• Perform inspection common to the classification at required intervals
• Take appropriate action when out of tolerance situations occur and notify appropriate individuals when further action must be taken
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve issues.
• Participate in training and cross‑training to support flexible workforce needs.
