Job summary

Royal Technologies Corp. is seeking a Team Coordinator/Auditor at our Quincy facility in Hudsonville. This unique shift-based role blends quality inspection, line leadership, material handling and scheduling, reporting to the department supervisor on the 3rd shift (12am–8am).

Strong attention to detail and process mindset are essential. You will perform final audits, move materials, operate grinders and presses during breaks, organize work, print and scan paperwork, and escalate issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Willing and able to work overtime.
• Able to work 3rd shift (12am–8am).
• Injection molding experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Perform final audits of finished products and quality checks.
• Supply raw materials and move finished goods to appropriate departments to prevent downtime.
• Operate grinders and injection molding presses during operator breaks.
• Schedule and organize department work according to priorities.
• Print paperwork and labels, scan products, and order packaging.
• Escalate quality issues and schedule discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Monitor shop floor operations and suggest changes with the shift supervisor.
